Opis stanowiska

  • Establish and lead the organization's Master Data Governance framework.
  • Define data standards, ownership models, workflows, and quality controls.
  • Drive data quality initiatives, cleansing activities, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Support ERP rollouts, system integrations, and data migration projects.
  • Monitor data quality KPIs and implement sustainable solutions to improve data accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with data retention, archiving, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to enable trusted, high-quality master data across the enterprise.

Profil kandydata

  • 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or ERP Data Management.
  • Strong knowledge of D365 F&O and/or D365 CE master data structures.
  • Experience defining data standards, ownership models, and data quality controls.
  • Demonstrated success in data cleansing, migration, and governance projects.
  • Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain functions.
  • Experience leveraging reporting and analytics to monitor and improve data quality.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • DAMA/CDMP certification and experience with MDM tools would be an advantage.
