For our client - a global FinTech and insurance platform building a new SSC structure in Gdańsk - we are looking for an experienced International Finance Manager. You will play a key role in shaping processes, supporting acquisitions and ensuring high-quality financial reporting in a dynamic, international environment. The target working model is 3 days per week from the office.
Controlling Manager CEE
Role will consist of 2 areas:1. Finance & Accounting Manager (Polish entity):+ Accounting and statutory (preparation of tax calculations and fin. statements) & Financial controlling and reporting2. CEE Finance Lead+ Financial and business reporting across the CEE sub-region (co-op with local Finance Managers across the region)This person will lead a 1-2 team, as well as collaborate with 2 SSC
